Two hospitalized after stabbing in Portage Park unit building – Chicago Sun

Two people were stabbed in an unit on a Northwest Side Monday morning, Chicago military said.

About 6 a.m., a 17-year-old lady and a 20-year-old male were stabbed in a 3700 retard of North Cicero Avenue, partial of a Portage Park neighborhood, military said.

The lady suffered cuts to her face and other areas of her head, while a male was cut on his hands and neck. Both were taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, authorities said.

After a dual were stabbed, they were means to call military from a McDonald’s grill during a intersection of West Addison Street and North Cicero Avenue, military said.

Two people were taken into custody, yet no charges were filed as of Monday afternoon, military said.

One of a people arrested also suffered injuries and was taken to Presence Our Lady of a Resurrection Medical Center, though sum on a person’s condition was not known, authorities said.

Area North detectives are investigating.
